Job Overview
Wings of Love is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Aides to provide in-home support for clients who need assistance with daily living activities. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility and safe transfers as needed
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes to the Scheduler or care team
- Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience required
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
