Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with disabilities in daily living skills, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and home cleanliness
- Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of residents
- Provide transportation to community activities, medical appointments, and personal errands
- Administer and document medications according to established guidelines
- Complete daily documentation and maintain clear communication with team members
- Maintain required certifications and training standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License (6 or fewer points)
- Current Auto Insurance
- Own vehicle (no shared rides or ridesharing)
