Every year, our Youth Career Services division connects Montgomery County students with local businesses to get our youth ready for life after school. We’ve worked with over 500 local companies, and we’re always looking for new businesses to host our area’s students for work experience.
Montgomery County covers all the wages and Workers Compensation insurance for the student workers, and we even provide job readiness training before they arrive to your work site.
If you’d like to participate, you agree to provide your work site location and training services to students in the YouthWorks program.
Fill out the form below to let us know you’re interested, and you can view our program agreements. We have two agreements: one for private companies and another for public entities:

For companies already working with YouthWorks, you’ll need to fill out the Work Site Survey to help us place students with your organization.
Give us a call at (937) 224-1482 if you have any questions.
