The WIOA Youth program prepares individuals facing barriers to education and career goals, for a successful transition to work, college, an apprenticeship, or military service. Funded by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act youth and young adults aged 16-24, receive guidance to diploma attainment, career planning, and work experience that will lead them to full independence.
