On-The-Job Training is a grant-funded wage reimbursement program that helps employers hire and train eligible WIOA Youth participants. Employers may receive up to 50% wage reimbursement for up to six months, with a maximum reimbursement of $10,000 per participant.

Onboard With Us in 4 Steps!
- Register your Company – Register your organization with WIOA Youth to begin the process.
- Recruit Your New Hire – You may select your own candidate or request referrals from our pool of trained WIOA Youth participants. Contact our office with your candidates information to complete eligibility prior to their first day of work.
- Onboard Your New Hire – Once eligibility is confirmed, you’ll submit a Training Plan for your new hire. Our Dedicated staff will guide you through each step and provide templates and support.
- Start Training & Reap the Benefits – Once OJT is approved, begin training your new employee and submit monthly invoices for wage reimbursement.
