Self-Paid Background Checks
If a potential employer has requested you to get a background check, they will provide you with a form to bring to us at 1111 S. Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Background checks are done by appointment only, so please give us a call to set up a time at (937) 225-5627.
You may be asked to get a background check from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), or both.
