Experience
One to six years’ experience in:
-Metalforming equipment installation and repair.
-Mechanical drive maintenance and repair.
-Electrical wiring and controls diagnosis and repair.
-Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance and repair.
General knowledge of:
-Material feeding and production line systems.
-Rigging and millwright skills.
-OSHA safety requirements and regulations.
-Assist in installation and repair of AIDA equipment.
-Assist in site inspections and surveys at customer sites.
-Ability to communicate basic electrical and mechanical principles to Engineers and customers.
-Perform in-house repairs and rebuilds of mechanical components and subassemblies.
-Complete required reports to document activity.
-Ability to travel up to 80% of compensated time.
-Work unsupervised using verbal and written instructions on maintenance, installations and repairs.
-Instruct associates and customers in the proper maintenance and repair of equipment.
-Perform maintenance inspections and prepare documentation of necessary repairs and observations.
-Adjust, fit, and align equipment to manufacturers’ specifications.
-Communicate and provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve customer and associate satisfaction.

Education
-Associates Degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.
