Rachel & Friends, Inc. is currently seeking full time and part time Direct Support Professionals
Requirements
- Must have driver’s license and BMV Driver History Review
- Must have a certification in CPR and First Aid
- Previous experience working with adults with developmental disabilities a plus
- Transport individuals to the program from their homes and to other activities in the community
- Must have the ability to go with the flow and adapt to changes in the schedule
- Must work well in challenging situations
- Ensure individual program goals are the focus of daily interactions and support forward progress
- Provide a safe and structured environment where those in the program can learn and grow
- Provide excellent customer service to those in the program and their families
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test
- High School Diploma/GED
