Job title: Front Desk Coordinator

Job skills/requirements:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and documentation preparation.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service orientation.

Type of Position: Fulltime

Hours:

  • First Shift

Pay Scale: $45,000 – $55,000 per year
