Job Summary:
Hearts On Call is seeking compassionate and dependable HHAs, CNAs, or STNAs to join their care team. The role involves providing hands-on, high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, helping clients maintain health, comfort, and well-being. We are also always looking for employees who are open to PRN (pick-up) shifts.
Required Certifications / Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following:
- Valid CNA, STNA, or HHA certification
OR - 1 year of verifiable HHA experience under the direction of an RN
Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to provide direct patient care according to care plans
- Reliable, professional, with strong communication skills
Screening Requirements:
- Criminal background check
- Drug screen
