Position: Home Health Aide

Overview:
Hayes Health Service is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide personalized, in-home support to our clients. This position is ideal for individuals who value empathy, reliability, and helping others live more comfortably and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily homemaking tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to social or recreational activities.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Assist with mobility needs such as transfers from bed to wheelchair or walker.
- Reposition clients in bed to maintain comfort and prevent bedsores.
- Support basic exercise or stretching routines as recommended.
- Offer medication reminders.
- Provide toileting assistance, including bedpan use, incontinence care, and external catheter support.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance well-being.
Position Type:
- Full-time or Part-time

Compensation:
- Pay range: $16 – $18 per hour
- Paid Holidays

Qualifications:
- Home Health Aide Certification, Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
