Job Skills/Requirements
Be on your feet for long periods of time and be able to lift or exert force up to 50 lbs.
Read, write and speak clear English that can be easily understood on cell phones.
Have basic knowledge of cars/trucks which include checking tire pressures, oil level, proper use of jumper cables, and other general automotive tasks related to performing pre-trip/post-trip checks.
Demonstrate the safe operation of a vehicle.
Commit to excellent attendance.

CDL experience is a plus, but not required.
You must be good with directions and not dependent on GPS. Knowledge of the Dayton and Cincinnati areas will be beneficial.
You need a cell phone and reliable transportation to work.
You can pass a pre-employment drug test. We are a drug-free workplace and testing is done if an operator is involved in an accident, damages a truck, is injured, or if there is reasonable suspicion. Medical marijuana use is not permissible.
You must complete a BMV check through our insurance company. A good driving record is required. The following may make you ineligible to drive our trucks:
Two (2) or more at fault accidents within the last three (3) years. One (1) or more major convictions* within the last three (3) years.Three (3) or more moving violations within the last three (3) years. Expired or suspended license.
