- $16.75-$22.00
Job Description:
- Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or work instructions to perform required tasks to complete a portion of, or entire assembly.
- Maintain work area compliance to all Standards including but not limited to; all required materials are to be labeled and properly stored; each work area used must be cleaned after use; all tools are to be put away when not in use; Work Order packets are to remain with their corresponding jobs with all documents accounted for.
- Comply with all ElectriPack standard building procedures including but not limited to; First Piece Inspections, Mid-Process Inspections, Work in Progress Documentation, and Electronic Labor Tracking Allocation of inventory.
- Counting finished products and organizing them for QC.
- Completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production
- Actively participate in all required training
- Regular attendance at work
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Must be performing “Above the Bar”
• Scanning in and out of work orders correctly (%)
• Create and Printing Labels
• Completes work orders under quoted times
• Less than 20% Rework Rate
• Level 2 Hand Crimping Training
• PICO Crimper Training
• Level 1 AMP Press Training
• Level 1 Sonic Welder Training
• Heatshrink Cutter Training

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed indoors in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility. Duties may require standing and sitting for
long periods of time.
