YCS Employer Progress Report

The YouthWorks Employment & Training Program requires evaluation of your Youth Intern’s progress during the most recent/current Work Experience Cohort. We ask for your honest response to each of the areas to be evaluated and any additional comments you wish to make. Therefore, we request that you complete the following Progress Report to assist with the growth and development of our Future Workforce.
