An extension of the Job Center, the Employment Opportunity Center offers access to job search help, training opportunities, free community gathering spaces and more. Computers are available for public use with access to high-speed internet; there is also equipment to fax, copy, print and scan documents.
Through our partnership with Sinclair Community College, participants can enroll in an IT Fundamentals Course designed to build essential information technology skills. This course prepares individuals for careers in areas like networking, software development, and cybersecurity. By completing the training, participants are positioned to potentially begin working with local IT companies and continue building their careers in this high-demand field.
