Role Overview
As a Service Commercial Van Technician, you will work closely with Service Advisors, fellow Technicians, Parts Advisors, Cashiers, and Managers. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial vans, delivering top-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently according to dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment
- Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to update customers on additional services and provide time estimates
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive service tool proficiency preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to grow
- Experience with highline vehicles preferred but not required
